Mission of Giving

In 2016, Psychology Consultants is celebrating 20 years of serving the Northeast Ohio community with mental-health and psychology consulting. We are proud to assist our region in any way possible — and not just in our professional line of work.

"Helping people in every way is our mission," said Dr. Thomas McArthy, who founded PCI in 1996.

Each month, our company sends support for two children in an impoverished area of Paraguay, a country of more than 5 million people in South America. In addition, the company supports several churches in the Akron area and works to find other avenues to help in the community.

"We feel blessed to work and live here," McArthy said. "It feels so good to give back."

We are excited about what we have been able to accomplish in our first 20 years — both professionally and as part of our world. We look forward to seeing what the next 20 years will bring. Learn more about where we’ve been and where we hope to go.
