Join Our Team: Board Certified Behavior Analysts

Start your career today by joining our team of professionals and PCI. We employ behavioral analysts for a variety of different patients, including staffing MRDD facilities with BCBAs. Our board certified behavioral analysts help assist these facilities by becoming a part of the health services team and with providing behavioral observations and plans to the consumers, staff and family.

In addition to hiring BCBAs, we are also interesting in hiring Board Certified Assistant Behavioral Analysts to join our growing team of behavioral analysts. Our BCABAs have the opportunity to work directly with experienced BCBAs to gain experience and clinical hours.

We place BCBAs in MRDD facilities in order to add a mental health professional to their team. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Behavioral ID Assessment
  • Behavioral observations
  • Testing
  • Treatment plan
  • Recommendations to staff & family
  • Documentation
  • Some travel
